Food cooked in its rawest way and made to be shared amongst great company. I am stoked to be able to create this dining experience along with the legendary Nick Stock who will be pouring a curated selection of wines to match and bringing the good time vibes”.

For the curated wine pairings, Nick Stock, one of Australia’s most respected and prolific wine critics designed a menu that showcases the nation’s best suppliers. “The paired drinks showcase utmost quality and are also tuned into contemporary palates. Chardonnay and grenache are two of the hottest wines in Australia right now and will really elevate the dining experience. Ayala is a boutique Champagne house that makes one of the most delicious pink Champagnes and I am so thrilled to be pouring this at WILDWOOD. What a way to end the meal!”

South Australian Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison said the high-end dining experience is a fabulous opportunity for festivalgoers to enjoy the best produce and culinary talent South Australia has to offer.

“Spotlighting our state’s world-class food and wine at Adelaide’s new two-day live music festival, WILDWOOD is set to attract music-lovers and foodies alike to the heart of Australia’s only UNESCO City of Music,” Minister Bettison said.

“We know major events like Harvest Rock are vital triggers for visitation and our state is the nation’s capital for wine – this is a wonderful mix of the best of both worlds. The inaugural Harvest Rock festival shows that events in South Australia are back, bigger and better than ever, with the Adelaide exclusive set to be anstaple in festival-goers’ calendars for many years to come.”
